System of remote supervision over the actual realization of petroleum products from reservoir park (tanks) of the petrol station (System of Reservoirs Monitoring SRM)

The system of remote supervision over the actual realization of petroleum products (SRM) is intended for independent supervision of deliveries and dispensings of petroleum products from reservoir park (tanks) of the petrol station or storage depot.

The system provides company management with objective and independent from influence of the "human factor" (actions of service personnel at petrol station) information on:

• fuel volume, fuel level, fuel temperature, fuel density, pressure, fuel mass underproduct water level in reservoirs of each petrol station (storage depot) for any periof of time;
• actual amount of petroleum products deliveries to reservoirs and their volume for any period of time;
• actual volume of dispensed petroleum products from reservoirs for any period of time;
• actual operating time of a cash register (and hence the actual operating time of fuel delivery dispensers), actual operating time of systems of level measurement, actual self operating time of the SRM controller at petrol station;
• actual current residuals of petroleum products in reservoirs;
• dynamics of petroleum products sales on hours/days per the requested period.

Reports on reservoirs can be viewed using a standard web-browser.

The system provides transmission of actual data to office of the company upon request from the office or on one's own at previously set time. The system operates autonomously and independently from the control systems and cash registers that provide dispensing of petroleum products at petrol stations (storage depots) through fuel delivery dispensers and form account documents. The system eliminates a possibility of infringement of the account information by the service personnel of the petrol station.

Installation of the system assumes that the petrol station is equipped with a level measurement system (Struna, PetroVend, VeederRoot and others).

SRM allows to provide automatic additional and independent objective supervision over operation of the service personnel of the company engaged in petroleum products supplement on incomes and realizations of petroleum products through all the whole network of the petrol stations of the company.

Structure of the SRM system: SRM controllers, installed on each petrol station, and also a telephone modem and software installed on a PC in the company office.
